At Forest Creek Chiropractic we strive to provide the best possible care for all our patients. In an effort to help answer any questions you might have about the office, here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our practice.

Our Policy On Insurance

As of June 15,2024 we are out-of-network with all insurance plans.

After a year long trial that was both costly and time consuming, we have made the decision to revert back to a cash practice. We feel that our patients deserve a high level of care that insurance plans do not cover. Over 90% of our patients have excellent insurance, and choose to see us anyway. On request, we are happy to provide you with a superbill (receipt for services we provided), which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Note:  All insurance plans are different, and may reimburse at different rates, or not at all. We recommend speaking with your insurance company to clear up any questions you might have.

Chiropractic & Children

We believe that everyone can benefit from chiropractic care regardless of age. We encourage our current patients to bring their children in for regular adjustments at reduced rates.

Note – I do not adjust patients under the age of 5 years old. I feel that they require specific and specialized training that I do not have. I will happily recommend a local chiropractor that is excellent at neo-natal and infant chiropractic care should you request it.
